Ultracut 250R is a biostable, extreme pressure water soluble oil for medium-duty machining, grinding, and sawing of all metals. Its exceptional biostability provides long-term sump life when properly maintained, and the addition of a non-chlorinated EP package provides extended tool life.
Designed to give long and predictable sump life in the milling, drilling, and broaching of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, Ultracut 250R contains a high percentage of refined mineral oil which affords a high degree of residual corrosion protection and lubricity while machining. Ultracut 250R provides stable pH performance, and resists bacteria and fungal growth, rancidity, and unpleasant odors.
